Unfortunately, no refunds are possible in the following cases:

  • You sent funds without waiting for confirmation of the trade by the second party. For example, you sent funds according to the payment details left over from a previous trade with the same trader or to the payment details specified in the “Trade terms” section, and not in the “Payment Instructions” section.
  • You sent funds, but did not confirm their sending in the service when buying cryptocurrency.
  • You have not opened a dispute when there is a dispute. Including the situation when the funds were transferred to you in full, but without the comment you requested. In this case, it is also recommended to open a dispute.
  • You released the coins without making sure of the actual receipt of money when selling cryptocurrency.

In all these cases, the terms of service are violated and the issue of refund is decided on the side of the seller or the sender’s bank.
