Any transfers and messages must occur within the trade. Account details must be provided and can be received only in a specially designated form. Only in this case, the administration will be able to assist with a refund in case of problems.

Making a transfer without an open trade is a violation of the Terms of Service Bitzlato. You risk losing your funds by doing this. The administration won’t be able to help with a refund when transferring funds outside the trade.

If you made a transfer outside the trade and didn’t receive the funds, then you need to contact the sending bank or law enforcement agencies for a refund.
